This Privacy Policy applies to the Baindo mobile application (“Application”) provided by José Ramón Cobián Fernández (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), acting as an individual developer based in Spain, as a free service.

This service is provided “AS IS”.

Information Collection and Use

When you download and use the Application, we may collect and process the following types of information:

• Account data: such as your email address and authentication identifiers (for example, those provided by Firebase Authentication).
• Contact data: if you choose to add contacts, such as the name, email address and phone number of your clients or other contacts.
• Usage and diagnostic data: such as your device’s Internet Protocol address (IP address), pages and screens visited, date and time of your visit, time spent within the Application, and the operating system used on your device.

The Application does not collect precise (GPS-level) location data.

We use this information to provide the core functionality of the Application and to improve your experience, as described in this Privacy Policy.

The Application is not designed to store special categories of personal data in the sense of Article 9 GDPR (for example, data relating to health, religious beliefs or political opinions). We kindly ask you not to enter this type of information into Baindo.

When you enter data about your own clients or contacts (for example, their name, email or phone number), you are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid legal basis to process those data. We will only process such information in order to provide the services of the Application.

Legal Basis and Purpose

We process your information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish law, for the following purposes:

• To improve the Application and user experience
• To communicate with you regarding important updates or service notices
